Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. Free delivery is available on orders over Rs 2,500 across Pakistan.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery and prepaid payment?

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. You can also choose prepaid payment through Bank Deposit or Raast at checkout.

Do prepaid orders get any extra benefit?

Prepaid orders over Rs 2,500 can use code PREPAID to save Rs 100. Add the code at checkout, then complete payment through Bank Deposit or Raast.

How long does delivery take?

Orders usually ship within 2 to 4 working days across Pakistan. In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to courier delays, weather, holidays, or service limitations in specific areas.

When are weekend orders dispatched?

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are usually processed and dispatched on Monday or the next working day.

Are your snacks made with real fruits and vegetables?

Yes. Crave Nature focuses on real fruits and vegetables, gently air dried to preserve their natural taste, texture, and everyday snackability.

Do your products have added sugar?

Our air-dried fruit and vegetable snacks are made with simple ingredients and no added sugar where stated. Please check each product page or pack label for exact ingredients, especially for chocolate-coated products, oats, and mixed items.

How should I store the products?

Store the packs in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. After opening, reseal the pack properly to help maintain freshness, flavor, and texture.

Are these snacks suitable for kids?
