Refund policy

At Crave Nature, we take great care in preparing and packing our products. Because many of our items are food products, our return and refund policy is designed with hygiene, product safety, and fairness in mind.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms below.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns of opened food items unless the item is expired, damaged, spoiled, defective, or the wrong product was delivered, as determined after review of the claim and supporting proof.
If you would like to request a return or refund, please contact us first at love@cravenature.pk or by phone / WhatsApp at +92 329 0999290. Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Reporting Timeframes
- Damaged, spoiled, defective, leaked, or tampered products: must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Expired products: must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Wrong item received: must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Proof Required
To help us verify and review claims fairly, customers must provide:
- A clear and continuous video of at least 30 seconds showing the product, packaging, and label.
- Customers are requested to verbally explain the issue during the video in their native or comfortable language, and the voice should be clearly audible.
- The video must be unedited and without filters, overlays, or visual alterations.
- The issue must be clearly visible in the video.
We may also request photos of the outer parcel, inner packaging, shipping label, batch details, or expiry date where relevant.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, spoiled, leaked, tampered, expired, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the issue is confirmed to be due to expiry, damage during shipment, spoilage, leakage, tampering, defect, or an incorrect item sent by us, we may offer one of the following remedies, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability:
- A full refund.
- A replacement product.
- An exchange or store credit.
For confirmed expired, damaged, spoiled, defective, or wrong-item cases, the customer will not be required to bear return delivery charges. In some cases, we may not require the item to be physically returned before issuing a resolution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened food items, except where the product is confirmed to be expired, damaged, spoiled, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
- Items that have been consumed in normal use and are not shown to have a quality issue.
- Sale items, clearance items, promotional items, and gift cards, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Unopened Returns
If you wish to return an unopened and unused eligible item for reasons other than damage, expiry, defect, or wrong delivery, please contact us first for approval. If such a return is approved, the customer will be responsible for the return delivery charges unless we state otherwise.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong item, we may offer an exchange at no additional charge. Where an exchange is not practical or the customer prefers an alternative resolution, we may offer store credit, a replacement, or another reasonable remedy at our discretion.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have reviewed your claim and let you know whether your refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit request has been approved.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method where reasonably possible. Where that is not reasonably possible, we may offer another appropriate refund method.
