At Crave Nature, we work to process and dispatch orders as efficiently as possible while ensuring that products are packed with care. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, dispatch, delivery timelines, and shipping-related issues.

Order Processing

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 1:00 PM are usually dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM may be dispatched on the next business day. Orders placed later on Fridays and during the weekend are typically processed on Monday.

Please note that order processing and dispatch may take longer during high order volumes, public holidays, courier disruptions, weather issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination, courier operations, and service availability in your area.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Coverage

We deliver all over Pakistan, subject to courier serviceability in your area.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout or communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Any free shipping offer, minimum order threshold, or promotional delivery offer will apply only where clearly stated by us.

Courier Partners

We may use one or more third-party courier or delivery partners to fulfill and deliver orders. Courier selection may vary depending on destination, service availability, operational requirements, or order type.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to dispatch and deliver orders promptly, delays may occur due to reasons outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • courier delays or backlogs;
  • weather conditions;
  • public holidays;
  • road closures or service disruptions;
  • incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
  • customer unavailability at the time of delivery;
  • remote or non-serviceable delivery areas.

Crave Nature is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or events outside our reasonable control.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. If an incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable address is provided, delivery may be delayed, returned, or unsuccessful.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address details, refusal to accept the parcel, or repeated unavailability of the customer, additional shipping or re-delivery charges may apply.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details may be shared after dispatch through the contact information provided with the order.

Damaged, Tampered, or Incorrect Deliveries

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your parcel arrives damaged, tampered with, spoiled, incorrect, or otherwise affected, please contact us promptly in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Claims relating to damaged, spoiled, defective, leaked, tampered, expired, or incorrect items must be reported within the timelines stated in our Refund Policy, along with the required proof.

Perishable and Food Products

Because many of our items are food products, delivery should be received promptly and products should be stored appropriately after receipt. We are not responsible for issues arising from improper storage, delayed opening after receipt, or mishandling after delivery.

Shipping and Risk

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier's handling and route timelines. However, if a product arrives damaged, spoiled, tampered, expired, or incorrect, your case will still be reviewed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
